ABOUT ANNIE SEALS
Hello, let me introduce myself. My
name is Annie Seals. I am a Dallas
Realtor
with Ebby Halliday Realtors. I live in the
Dallas/Fort
Worth metroplex.
Should you move into this area, why would you use me? Because,
I am a long time Dallas resident starting with elementary
school, Hillcrest High School and ending with graduation from
Southern Methodist University. I have been selling homes since
1990. I partner with my husband Bill who was born here. Whether
listing or selling, we believe in a boutique
approach to real estate. We never take on business that we
cannot handle personally. You will never speak to an assistant
but only with one of us.
Having deep roots in an area, gives
you knowledge. I am familiar with the school systems, the
shopping, the nature areas, and events-when and where. I know
all the many suburbs of Dallas
.
What I dont know I can find out.
In November 2002 I fell from my bicycle damaging my spinal
cord. I am now a C7 quadriplegic. I sell homes from a wheel
chair and a bright red ramp van. As a team, my husband and
I work with regular buyers and sellers. I personally specialize
in finding or selling homes for people with special needs.
I know what a disabled buyer needs. I use my expertise to
liaison with builders. Who is be better qualified to understand
and help solve the problems of the physically challenged than
one who is physically challenged?

family?
First I will ask questions and then I will listen. On the
buyer page is a list of questions
that will help me determine which areas will work for you.
Are there
existing homes with amenities for the
handicapped ?
There are some but it depends on what amenities are
needed. Often it is necessary to build a new home or convert
an existing one.
Can you help me design a handicapped home?
I can certainly help with practical experience. I
have gone to homes being built and rolled through doorways
and corners to be sure a wheelchair will fit. But, I am not
an interior designer. I can direct you to people who are.
